Dr. Josh Cotton specializes in applicant screening, employee management, employee surveys, advanced HR analytics, leadership development, team performance, and understanding human perceptions of cryptocurrency and applying blockchain technology to improving work.

Dr. Cotton has conducted multiple employee screening test validation studies and managed the administration of almost 30 different employee screening psychological assessments, for over 100,000 applicants in multiple Fortune 500s.

Dr. Cotton earned his PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Memphis in 2009, and has since authored numerous articles, and presented research-based business-relevant presentations to senior leaders over 50 times.
